Q: How do I turn on the pen?
A: Hold down the eraser button at the top for 5 seconds, and a light on the side will start flashing. Q: What if I can't connect to the WiFi?
A: Click on the 'Windows Button', go to the bottom left and click the 'Power Icon' and then select 'Restart'. The WiFi should working properly after a full restart. (Turning it off with the power button will not fix WiFi) Q: What if my Surface Cover isn’t responding or responds intermittently?
A: Sometimes this happens when your Surface Cover isn't aligned properly with your Surface. You may need to detach and reattach the Cover a few times until you're sure you have a good connection. Q: Why does everything seem bigger than it was before? or Why is my resolution different from what it was before?
A: This most likely means that the resolution has changed, which can happen when you play certain games on the Surface. It can only be fixed through administration access, so please send it to the help desk to have it fixed, and don't play games on your Surface. |
